David Preinerstorfer is looking for a tutor to assist him with the QFin Master’s program elective “Financial Time Series Analysis” (6 hours/week) at WU Wien.
The official contract duration is from mid-September 2024 to mid-February 2025. The current monthly salary for tutors is EUR 389,88 (6 hrs/week).
Your areas of responsibility include:
- Holding revision courses, tutorial and/or practice units
- Supervising study, work, and project groups (during and after classroom hours)
- Student support during tutors’ office hours
- Creating and editing learning materials
- Contributing to course restructuring and design
Your profile: you have successfully taken courses in statistics, econometrics, and time series analysis at the bachelor’s and (ideally) master’s level and know (or are willing to learn) R.
